What is your turnaround time for photo card orders?
First, you have to pick out your design and upload your photo(s) using our easy browser interface. Proofs are created instantly behind your computer screen by a merry band of small garden gnomes. Once you like your proof and proceed, our production typically takes three business days or less. Sometimes your order will ship the very next day!

What kind of paper do you use on your photo cards?
All our flat photo cards (8x3.5 and 5x7) are printed on a high-gloss printing paper. We don’t use photo paper because we’re not a photo processor. We’re a marketing firm with a big ole’ digital printer. Specifically, we use two NexPress 2100 printers and print on 130# Silk Cover stock.

The magnetic stock we print on is Magnecote® 13-pt. stock. This stock has a less glossy paper on one side with a magnet coating on the other. The whole card is a magnet!

If you choose a folded card, then we use a 130# Silk Cover stock.

If you yearn for a special paper, please include that request in the "Special Instructions" portion of the Shopping Cart. If timeframe and paper availability permit, we will be happy to oblige. We will let you know if your request can be met before we process your order.

What is the minimum order for photo cards and note pads?
Well, that depends. Most cards require a minimum order of 10. Some of our personalized note pads only require a minimum of 3.

What format and size should my photo be?
The most common formats for pictures are JPG and TIF files. We accept both of these formats. We recommend all photos be 1800x1200 pixels or 300 dots per inch. We say this not to be sticks-in-the-mud, but to ensure the highest quality. Good photos make good photo cards. Couple your good photo with our designs, and they’ll be show-stopping masterpieces!

Can I crop my photo using your software?
Yes, you can! Right online, too. Our cropping tool is easy to use. Simply drag the lower, right-hand corner of the box to enlarge the area you wish to appear on your cards. Also, you can move the crop box around on your image easily to crop out your uncool boss, childhood nemesis or sleazy ex-boyfriend!

Can I change fonts or colors on my photo cards?
Not yet. We’re working on a platform that will allow you to change fonts and edit font colors. In the meantime, our designers have worked their little fingers to the bone to create beautiful color palettes and fonts that accentuate our breathtaking designs.

What if I want a custom designed photo card ?
You can have it. Our designers are at your disposal Monday through Friday during normal business hours (8 to 5 Central time). Creative charges for custom orders start at just $30.

How do I proof my photo card order?
As we mentioned above, proofs are created immediately online. A proof is generated for your approval before you click submit, saving you time and giving you a chance to make further changes prior to production. We won’t print until you’re happy with your card.

If I am unhappy with my photo card order, can I get a refund?
Since all our products are unique and custom-printed, we don’t offer refunds, unless there’s a problem due to an error we made. (We’re not perfect, but we try real hard!) If you’d like, we can send you some samples of our paper stocks and printed cards, so you can see our paper and print quality before you place your order.

How do I pay for my photo cards?
We accept PayPal and all major credit cards. You will need to set up an account to place your order (instructions at check-out), but we do not store your personal bank and/or credit card information. Because your security is important to us, our site is secured by THAWTE SSL Certification.

Can I order photo cards to be shipped outside of the U.S.?
Unfortunately, at this time we only ship within the United States.

Can CrinkledNose.com also mail my personalized photo cards?
Absolutely! While mailing your photo cards isn't available as an online service yet, we are working on that. If you'd like us to mail your cards, give us a shout at 1-877-339-8282, and we'll insert, address, apply postage and mail your cads in a jiffy.

How will my photo card order be shipped?
All orders are shipped via FedEx at a flat per-order rate. Crinklednose.com offers the following FedEx shipping services:

FedEx Ground
Shipment will be delivered within 3-7 business days from your order submission date.

FedEx 2-Day Air
Shipment will be delivered within 2 business days from your order submission date. Our Customer Service Team will verify the delivery date prior to production on all expedited orders.

FedEx Next-Day Air
Shipment will be delivered by 5:00 pm the next business day from order submission date. Our Customer Service Team will verify the delivery date prior to production on all expedited orders.

CrinkledNose.com will provide flyers to pass out in your community. These flyers include instructions about how to use the site and post the special donation code. Tell friends and family about our unique magnetic photo announcements, invitations, holiday cards and magnetic note pads, and the products sell themselves. The more flyers you pass out, the more money you can make for your organization. It's up to your community how many orders come to support your organization.
